As part of the revised fit and proper requirement a national exam is included to ensure all representatives meet appropriate standards. The exams consist of two levels:

Level 1: This exam covers the legislative requirements. The deadline for completing this exam is 31 December 2011.

Level 2: This exam covers the products being sold. The deadline for completing this exam is 31 December 2013.
